Wanted: YouTube-Savy Associate

I am so tempted to send in a video, dancing to "Party Rock Anthem" and doing my best Lady Gaga impersonation (I am thinking of the couture meat dress). However, I am not desperate enough to make a video cover letter yet for a measly salary of $37,000 ... maybe soon, but not right now.

The ad reads as follows:
Chicago real estate developer looking for an entry-level Illinois licensed attorney to assist in all areas of property management, development, construction, real estate closings, leasing and sales. An ideal candidate should have an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. Knowledge or experience in construction or real estate is also very beneficial. Candidates must have passed the Illinois Brokers exam or be willing to sit for the exam within 30 days of hiring. This is a full time position and weekends are necessary.

This is a non-traditional legal position that is very entrepreneurial and will highly reward goal oriented, hard working, dedicated individuals. Starting salary is $37,000 with full benefits and the potential for performance-based semiannual bonuses.
To apply, candidates must submit:
Resume
Video "cover letter"

The video should include a brief introduction to yourself and your educational background, as well as an explanation of your specific and unique qualifications for this position. Videos should be less than 3 minutes and must be included in order for your application to be considered.

Wanting to be an attorney should not be this embarrassing.
